Welcome to my writing blog. As well as housing some existing writing this blog is a tool with which to document my progress towards a BA(Hons) Creative Writing. My studies began with the Open University leading to a Diploma in Creative Writing and I am currently studying with the Open College of the Arts (OCA), following the distance learning degree pathway.
My inspiration comes from life experiences, and wide reading, often relating to my days as a critical care nurse or my love of the natural world.
